Emotional and Physical Release

Through VMT, individuals can experience emotional release and physical relaxation, letting go of tension that may have been stored in the body. Sessions may include hands-on massage and body-work techniques (with consent) to aid in release.

Most of us are shallow breathers, unlike the deep breaths we took as babies. VMT helps us reconnect with healthy, conscious breathing patterns, revitalizing the body and supporting a more embodied voice and expanded awareness.
